The art installation below was commissioned by Genzyme Sanofi & executed brilliantly by H4B as part of a campaign to emphasise the importance of early diagnosis & brain health treatment for MS patients.
The brain ice sculpture gradually melted throughout the course of the European Academy of Neurology (EAN) congress in Oslo. As the sculpture melted items emerged which symbolise important factors that attribute to a persons quality of life, for example, a wedding ring to symbolise relationships.
On the plinth of the ice sculpture, DG Visual Media was asked to apply the words, ‘There is no MRI for quality of life’. The statement is there as a reminder that behind every MRI scan there is a person.
